- Billing information. If you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Usage data. We record course progress, lab session activity, and interactions with the AI tutor to operate the product, measure learning outcomes, and improve our courses.
- Enquiries. When you submit our contact form, we store the name, email, company, and message you provide so we can respond.
- Analytics. We use PostHog, a product-analytics service, to understand how the platform is used — for example page views, feature interactions, and lab activity — so we can improve it; when you are signed in, these events are linked to your account. Analytics requests are routed through our own domain. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.
