These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Terra新云 (“Terra”, “we”, “us”) website, AI Academy courses, hands-on labs, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Use of the Service

• Course content and lab environments are provided for your own learning and authorized use. Do not resell, redistribute, or share access without our permission.
• Lab environments are sandboxes for the exercises provided. Do not use them to attack third parties, mine cryptocurrency, host services, or perform any unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

Plans, billing, and usage limits

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. Each plan includes usage limits — such as concurrent labs, session length, and AI tutor usage — described at sign-up or in the product. We may enforce these limits and reclaim idle lab sessions to keep the Service available to all users.

Intellectual property

The Service, including course materials, lab content, software, and branding, is owned by Terra or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you create during the courses.

AI tutor and generated content

The AI tutor produces automated responses to assist your learning. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any code or guidance before relying on it.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to our infrastructure.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
